From Incubator to Independence: Sourdough Pizza Bros is Finding Its Own Home

Sometimes growth looks like a gentle nudge forward. Other times, it feels like being pulled by the ear. 😉

For the past six months, the Core Café inside the UA Community Center has been our home… and more importantly, our incubator.

It’s where we learned (and still learning!) how to run a restaurant:

● Managing inventory and perfecting our ordering process.
● Navigating point-of-sale systems and the tech side of hospitality.
● Understanding what it really takes to lead a team and serve a community.

The Core Café gave us room to experiment, grow, and find our voice. It allowed us to test recipes, systems, and ourselves. For that, we are forever grateful to Letha and Core Café. ❤

Now, it’s time for Core Café to focus on their own customers and vision and for us to take what we’ve learned and write our next chapter.

We’re moving into our own dedicated space! This next chapter will allow us to:

● Build a true Sourdough Pizza Bros experience from the ground up.
● Streamline operations and bring our vision fully to life.
● Set the stage for our big goal: 2–3 locations by the end of the year

To everyone who has visited, ordered, or supported us at the UA Community Center - thank you. You’ve been part of our story, and we can’t wait to welcome you into our new home soon.

From incubator to independence, this is just the beginning.

Here’s to what’s next. 🍕✨
